- Open AVYA Fit and sign in
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap Delete Account
- Type DELETE to confirm
Erasure is immediate and can't be undone.

Email us from the address linked to your account — or include your registered phone number — and ask us to delete your account.

Payment and subscription records are kept only as long as Indian tax and financial record-keeping law requires, then deleted. Everything else is erased in full — nothing is kept “just in case.”
